Abacus Inspection Service has been inspecting new and existing homes in the Denver area for years. We offer thorough inspections and courteous service in a timely manner.
Many Realtors will refer us to their close friends and relatives only. What does this mean to you? We often inspect to a level that is above and beyond what most Realtors want us to. This means more information for you to make an informed decision about your purchase. Also, national standards require inspectors to only check one window and one electrical outlet in each room. Most rooms have at least 2 windows and 4 outlets! We at Abacus Inspection Service check every accessible window and every accessible outlet in every room.
Our reports are computer generated and emailed to you the same day. This means they are easy to read and available quickly so that you can act fast. We also include pictures on many items so that you can better understand our findings.
Mention this ad and we will do a carbon monoxide safety check of the furnace and water heater for only $49 additional. This is a $99 value.

PS: Here's a secret about how to have your agent write your contract. Most agents make the "Inspection Objection Deadline" (the date by which you have to have your inspection done by) be 7 days after the date of the contract. Well if it takes you 4 days to finish negotiations of the contract with the seller, that leaves you 3 days to get an inspection. That is no where near enough time for you to get that done. Instead have them make the inspection objection deadline "10 days from the time both parties have agreed to the terms of the contract." (Check this language with your agent or attorney.) This should give you a full 10 days after you both agree to the contract to get us to do your inspection, as sometimes we get booked several days in advance.
