PS: Here's a secret about how to have your agent write your contract. Most agents make the "Inspection Objection Deadline" (the date by which you have to have your inspection done by) be 7 days after the date of the contract. Well if it takes you 4 days to finish negotiations of the contract with the seller, that leaves you 3 days to get an inspection. That is no where near enough time for you to get that done.
